Mission Statement
Women’s Ministry at Community of Grace Church exists to glorify God by equipping and encouraging women to fulfill their God-ordained roles in the home, the church, and the world. This is accomplished by providing biblical instruction, personal discipleship, genuine fellowship, and spiritual accountability. The women’s ministries encourage and teach the “Older women likewise are to be reverent in their behavior, not malicious gossips nor enslaved to much wine, teaching what is good, so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home, kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the word of God will not be dishonored.” Titus 2: 3-5
Overview WoG
WoG runs from September to May, excluding the month of December when we break for Christmas. The structure of WoG begins with personal Bible study through the weekly lessons and study guide and ends with praying together. We are currently doing a book study by John MacArthur entitled 12 Extraordinary Women. Please come join us on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 6:30-8:00PM at our Worship Center, located on our campus at 12201 Comanche Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM.
Women’s Quarterly Meetings
These meetings occur 4 times a year and are designed to enjoy fellowship with one another and to hear either a teaching or spend time in prayer. The meeting could be a breakfast, luncheon or a tea. There are no set times for these events. They will be announced in the bulletin.
